Your One-to-One Consultation Process
When you have booked your Consultation, I will forward a detailed questionnaire for you to complete about your health concerns and your current symptoms. You will also complete a snapshot food diary to provide an insight into your eating habits.
Initial Consultation
This first consultation will last for 90 minutes which will allow us to talk about you and your health through the years, your family history of health, current symptoms, concerns and health goals. This wlll allow me to determine any potential triggers and factors that have or are contributing to your current health status.
Following this comprehensive consultation, I will develop for you a bespoke health programme using a functional medicine approach. This will look at your body systems as a whole, to assess the root cause of any potential imbalances. Collaboratively, we can then implement a diet and lifestyle strategy, which will underpin your personalised therapeutic roadmap back to your optimal health.

- Bespoke Nutritional Programme
- Informational Reference Documents
- Environmental and Lifestyle Recommendations
- Functional Testing Recommendations
- Nutritional Supplement Recommendations

Your follow up and future consultations will concentrate on working through your roadmap, with personalised tweaks and adaptations to ensure it works for you.
Pricing
I offer a 13 week programme to enable you to get the true benefit and make a change to your health.
This 13 week personalised programme consists of nine dedicated consultations:
- Initial Consultation of 90 minutes
- 1 x follow up session of 60 minutes (1 week later after initial consultation), followed by:
- 3 weekly sessions of 30 minutes each
- 4 fortnightly sessions of 30 minutes each
Price £660 (Available in installments on request).
Please note, I may make supplement and functional testing recommendations for a more targeted approach (not included in programme price).
NB: We all experience life's ups and downs, so to accomodate any of these, the programme may be extended but must be completed within 16 weeks.
However, if you prefer a single consultation with one follow up session, this will consist of one 90 minute consultation with one follow up session of 45 minutes after 14 days.
Price £230
At the follow up consultation, if you choose to decide to extend this to the remaining consultations of the 13 week programme, this fee will then be deducted from the 13 week programme price.
